Is Paddle Pirates accessible?
With our mega-board and our fleet of tandem vessels, we've accommodated clients with mobility impairments and given lifetime memories to people and their families with a variety of special needs. Caregiver rental is always FREE. We also have a crew with experience in guiding. Examples are, (but not limited to): Visual impairments and blindness, children and adults with autism.
What if my booking is cancelled?
Due to weather and water conditions, we may need to cancel a class up to 2 hours prior to start of class in which case you will be credited and can reschedule a class. We want you to have the best possible experience – it’s not fun to learn in high winds and choppy waters. Sometimes these conditions exist even if it’s sunny and warm out.
What if I need to cancel my rental?
Our booking system is generous, allowing you to cancel up to 8 hours prior to your booking. Check confirmation email for links to reschedule or cancel your booking. Full refunds are processed within 2-4 business days, (usually less). Unlike other outfitters, we don't hold on to your money as 'credit'.
Is Paddle Pirates insured?
We're fully insured to work on the water. All of our staff have lots of time in and around the water and are a good source of safety information. Our staff are also available for guided tours and instruction.

We are open all-year-round and look forward to meeting you!
